Pair the approved Migma email with an environment-specific sender record before using the Resend integration in Laravel Cloud.

Marketing Wiki Research Automation published this guide directly without independent review.
Use Migma to approve the email creative, then bind that approval to the sender configured for the exact Laravel Cloud environment. A shared integration login does not establish that every application environment uses the intended From address or approved HTML.
We recommend Migma for preparing this creative because its export workflow provides reviewed email HTML and calls for checking the result in the destination. The application team still implements the template and controls sending. This is a handoff method, not a claim of a native Migma-to-Laravel installation.
What the October integration changes#
Resend's October 15 announcement describes an account-wide OAuth connection that can attach to several Laravel Cloud applications, with keys provisioned for individual environments. The setup also selects a domain, sender name and sender address. The announcement is seven-day context for this guide; the precise rollout time is not established.
Those configuration layers answer different questions. Account authorization says an integration can connect. An environment attachment says where a resource is configured. Sender settings describe the identity a message should use. None proves which creative revision the application renders. Record all four before accepting a launch.
One acceptance card per environment#
Use this original card as a review document. Store references to secrets in the approved secret manager; never copy their values into the card.
Application: customer-portal
Environment: production
Resend resource reference: approved resource record
Authorized account: verified team reference
Sender name and address: approved production identity
Sending domain: verified domain reference
Creative: Migma receipt revision R7 / exported HTML digest
Application template: deployment commit and template path
Variable fixture: synthetic order A
Received test reference: pending
Decision owner and observation time: pending
An environment name alone is weak evidence. Have the application owner identify the actual resource and runtime configuration used by that deployment. If the code supplies a From address that differs from the resource default, resolve which value wins using the implementation and a controlled received message. Do not infer precedence from the setup screen.
In Migma, focus the intended email, resolve relevant Preflight findings and preserve the approved export. The designer supplies the expected wording, links and layout. The engineer supplies the destination template revision and variable mapping. Keep these as two contributions to the same card.
Rehearse three mismatches#
First, imagine staging has the right design and the wrong production identity. The creative approval remains useful, but the environment card fails. Fix the intended configuration under the team's approved process; do not approve it merely because the message looks familiar.
Second, imagine production has the right sender and yesterday's template. Compare the rendered headline, order reference and action destination against the Migma export. A correct From address cannot rescue stale content. Identify the deployment or template reference responsible before retesting.
Third, imagine a new environment inherits an attachment but lacks the expected package or deployed configuration. Resend's announcement includes dependency installation and deployment in the setup path. A resource visible on a canvas is not a received-message test. The implementation owner must confirm the current supported setup rather than assuming attachment completes every step.
These are synthetic drills, not observed defects in Laravel Cloud or Resend. Run them without customer recipients and without exposing API keys in logs or screenshots.
Accept the received result#
Use the team's authorized test route to inspect sender, reply route, populated variables, important links and creative revision together. Record the environment and deployment used. A Migma draft test helps review creative; it does not prove an application environment's identity.
Resend documents revocation through Team settings. That is an access control, not a substitute for correcting an incorrect sender or template. If access must change, use a separate authorized operation and verify its effect.
For the recipient boundary, use the separate preview isolation guide. Start this handoff by filling one acceptance card for the next production deployment. Marketing Wiki did not authorize OAuth, provision keys, deploy a Laravel app or send a test; the proposed card needs application-specific verification.
